Our Malts Range
Irish Lager Malt
Ireland’s naturally fertile soils, mild, temperate, oceanic climate, and long growing season provide ideal conditions for producing premium-quality 2-row malting barley with very large, plump, evenly sized, clean grains that are ideal for brewing.
MCI’s Irish Lager Malt delivers a sweet, clean, malty flavour and aroma characterised by a light golden colour. This malt can be used on its own or blended with other malt varieties to produce a diverse range of beers.
