Our Malts Range
Irish Stout Malt
Ireland’s naturally fertile soils, mild, temperate, oceanic climate, and long growing season provide ideal conditions for producing premium-quality 2-row malting barley with very large, plump, evenly sized, clean grains.
MCI’s mild-flavoured Stout Malt can add smoothness and depth to a beer without overwhelming the palate. Our expert team developed this malt with ease of conversion in the mash in mind, making it highly versatile for various beer styles. With a high extract content and enzymatic strength, this malt is specially designed to be combined with raw adjuncts, serving as the foundation of many a pint of famous Irish stout!
