Our Maltings Manager, Colm Cahill, and Technical Manager, Chris O’Flynn, collectively bring over 60 years of malting experience to MCI. This expertise allows us to achieve a level of quality and consistency that our customers have come to rely on. Their in-depth knowledge of the malt industry is invaluable to our clients. One of the latest additions to our team is Senior Manufacturing Manager Michael Bertulucci, who comes to us with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification and decades of production experience.
