aleIrish Ale Malt

Produced from Irish 2-row spring barley which is grown with all the benefits of fertile soils, mild temperate oceanic climate and the long growing season all help to produce malting barley with very large plump kernels ideal for brewing.

Due to a special kilning process this malt develops a rich sweet malty flavour and aroma and a rich, golden-amber colour. This malt will give a lasting depth of flavour to your brew and can be used on its own, or combined with other malt types to produce a variety of beers.

stoutIrish Stout Malt

The combination of fertile soils, mild temperate oceanic climate and the long growing season all help to produce an Irish 2-row spring barley with very large plump kernels ideal for brewing.

With a high extract content and enzymatic strength this malt has been specially developed to be combined with raw adjuncts to provide the foundation of many a pint of famous Irish stout.
Being a mild-flavoured malt it can add a smoothness and depth to a beer without being overwhelming on the palate. Having been developed with ease of conversion in the mash in mind it is extremely versatile and can be, and is, used in many styles of beer.

lagerIrish Lager Malt

This malt develops a sweet clean malty flavour and aroma and a light golden colour. This malt will provide a clean malt flavour to your brew and can be used on its own, or combined with other malt types to produce a variety of beers.

The combination of large full grains and our special malting process produce malt high in extract and fermentability which forms the backbone of several famous Irish whiskeys and continues to be a firm favourite for many distilleries.
